John Barrow (born October 31, 1935 in Delray Beach, Florida) is a former offensive and defensive lineman for the Hamilton Tiger-Cats of Canadian Football League. He played from 1957 to 1970, was a CFL All-Star 11 times, and was voted the CFL "lineman of the century" in 1967. Barrow won four Grey Cups with the Tiger-Cats.
Barrow was selected in the fifth round of the 1957 NFL Draft by the Detroit Lions after a stellar career at the University of Florida, but opted to go to Canada.
After retiring from playing, Barrow was the Toronto Argonauts general manager from 1971 to 1975. Barrow was inducted into the Canadian Football Hall of Fame in 1976. In 2006, Barrow was voted one of the CFL's top 50 players (#17) in a poll conducted by Canadian sports network TSN.
