Samantha Lewis (born June 26, 1971) is a former teenage actress. She is best known for her role as Georgina Hayes in the long-running BBC school drama, Grange Hill, from 1986-1991.

Lewis trained at the Italia Conti theatre school in London, and whilst there was one of Naomi Campbell's best friends. Prior to assuming the regular role of Georgina in 1986, Samantha appeared in the final episode of the 1985 series, in which the school staged its own musical.
