Joe Harrington (baseball)

Joe Harrington (born December 21, 1869 in Fall River, Massachusetts - September 13, 1933), is a former professional baseball player who played third base in the Major Leagues from 1895-1896. Harringto would play for the Boston Beaneaters. Harrington was the first major league ever to hit a home run in his first at bat.
