Gary was also a member of a drum corps called called Dutch Boy from Kitchener Ontario, before joining the Cadets of Bergen County from Bergen County New Jersey, previously known as the Garfied Cadets, Garfield Nj, and the Holy name Cadets, one of the oldest Drum and Bugle corps in the world.
