FC Esil Bogatyr ( _kk. Есіл Богатырь Футбол Клубы) is a Kazakhstani football club, playing in the north kazakh city of Petropavl at the Avangard Stadium. They are founding members of Kazakhstan Premier League. Their name is derived from the river Esil and their sponsors the "Bogatyr Access Komir Ltd", a coal mining company. They are two time runner-ups in the league (1999 and 2000)
