Kelaroo, based in San Diego, California, USA, is a software and consulting company which supplies consulting, commercial off-the-shelf software (COTS), and on-demand scientific software (SaaS) to pharmaceutical, biotech, chemical, and related industries and research institutes. The company was founded in 2000 by Andrew Reum and Robert Feinstein and has since remained independent. The commercial off-the-shelf software division, the company's principal focus, is highlighted by the flagship KRMS, SeqR, and KALEA products. The software and consulting divisions' client lists include the largest global pharmaceutical corporations, major research universities and institutes, and smaller research-focused companies. Expanded Collaboration with Amylin Pharmaceuticals

On September 5th, 2007, Kelaroo announced that it had expanded its contract research with Amylin Pharmaceuticals and received a strategic equity investment. Kelaroo's proprietary SeqR(TM)technology was utlized to develop Amylin's PHINDER system for peptide hormone identification and optimization.
