Edward Pryce Lloyd, 1st Baron Mostyn (17 September 1768-3 April 1854), known as Sir Edward Lloyd, 2nd Baronet, from 1795 to 1831, was a British politician.
Lloyd succeeded his uncle as second Baronet of Pengwerra in 1795 according to a special remainder in the letters patent. In 1806 he was elected to the House of Commons for Flint Burghs, a seat he held until 1807 and again from 1812 to 1831 and also represented Beaumaris between 1807 and 1812. In 1831 he was raised to the peerage as Baron Mostyn, of Mostyn in the County of Flint.
Lord Mostyn died in April 1854, aged 85, and was succeeded in his titles by his son Edward.
