La Crosse Central High School is one of two public high schools in La Crosse, Wisconsin, in the School District of La Crosse. Central High School was established in 1907.

La Crosse Central High School has a variety of academics, athletics and activities. Grand Central Station is a varsity level show choir ensemble at Central. Grand Central Station, aka “GCS”, is comprised of 41 members, not including their instrumentalists and backstage crew. Members are selected via auditions. GCS has won 30 grand championships in 37 competitions over the past seven years. In addition, the ensemble has received numerous awards for best vocals, best chorography, and best back-up band. Mr. Mike Esser is the director, Dr. Christopher Werner is the band director, and Mr.Mike Weaver is the choreographer. The junior varsity show choir at La Crosse Central High School is Central Connections. Central Connections consists of 28 singer/dancers and has been directed by Kim Shively for the past 14 years.
