İrem Ayan (born November 7, 1987 in Kadikoy, Istanbul) is a Turkish ice hockey player and a member of the newly established Turkish national women's ice hockey team playing center / winger.

National Team participations

* 2 goals (against Iceland and Croatia.) and "Best Player for Team Turkey Award" (against Croatia.)

* She is currently the top scorer of the Turkish squad with 3 goals so far.

European Champions Cup participations

* 2007-2008 European's Women's Champions Cup in Martin, Slovakia.
* Turkey's first ever goal in the European Champions Cup (against Laima Riga, Latvia) and the "Best Player of the Game Award".

İrem Ayan continues studying French language and Literature at Hacettepe University.
