Sister Dearest is a 1985 pornographic film starring Tom Byron,Traci Lords,Harry Reems, Susan Hart, Greg Rome, Lois Ayres, Peter North, Ginger Lynn, Crystal Breeze, Sahara, and Herschel Savage.

The film is a flashback of Randy Jennings (Byron) after he visits his old college. A nude picture of his sister Vicky (Lords) takes him back to his Freshman year. He and three other guys needed to have sex with a woman to get accepted in the fraternity chapter of Delta Gamma Nu. Herchel Savage played Dante, the frat house leader. After much failure to have, Randy finds success with his sister Vicky, who seduced him.

Like most of her adult movies, Traci Lords was underage in this film. Her scenes were edited out and replaced with Christy Canyon. This version was renamed "Back to Class".
