DePaul University College of Law in 1980. After jobs atUniversity of Illinois College of Law ,University of Arkansas School of Law, andUniversity of Denver College of Law, he served as a professor atMarshall-Wythe School of Law , where he was also director of theInstitute of Bill of Rights Law .
