HMS Faulknor (H62)

HMS "Faulknor" (H62) was a F-class destroyer of the Royal Navy laid down by Yarrow Shipbuilders at Scotstoun in Scotland on 31 July 1933, launched on 12 June 1934 and commissioned on 24 May 1935.

On 12 September 1942 HMS "Faulknor" sank the German U-boat U-88 in the Arctic Ocean south of Spitsbergen, in position coord|75|04|N|04|49|E|scale:20000000.

HMS "Faulknor" was sold on 22 January 1946 to be broken up and scrapped at Milford Haven in April 1946.
