Thomas Burgh, 1st Baron Burgh (c. 1488-28 February 1550), also "de jure" 5th Baron Strabolgi, was an English peer.
Burgh was the son of Sir Edward Burgh and grandson of Thomas de Burgh, 1st Baron Burgh. His father was never summoned to Parliament and the barony created for his grandfather in 1487 is considered to have become extinct on his death in 1496. Burgh's mother was Anne, daughter of Sir Thomas Cobham. He was knighted in 1513 and served as Sheriff of Lincolnshire from 1518 to 1519 and 1524 and 1525. In 1529 he was summoned to the House of Lords as Lord Burgh, of Gainsborough in the County of Lincoln.
Lord Burgh married, firstly, Agnes, daughter of Sir William Tyrwhitt, in 1496. After her death he married, secondly, Alice, daughter of William London. Lord Burgh died in February 1550 and was succeeded in the barony by his son William. Lady Burgh died in 1559.
