Wadi Ara region in theHaifa District . It is located south ofUmm al-Fahm just northwest of the Green Line and is part of the triangle. According to theIsrael Central Bureau of Statistics , at the end of 2005 the town's population of 15,600 was entirelyMuslim with no significantJewish population. The neighboring village of ʿAra was joined to it in 1985.See also
