Savalgi (Pin:586126)is a village in the state of Karnataka, India. It is situated near and is well connected to other parts of the state by rail and road. Savalgi has a beautiful temple of Lord Shivalingeshwara. Former Vice Presedent of Inda Late Shri Basappa Danappa Jatti was born here.
