Greg Locke

Greg Locke (born 1976 in Nashville, Tennessee) is an Independent Baptist evangelist and pastor. Locke's biography states that he we led on to the Baptist Christianity of his grandparents in 1992. He is the author of the book, "Blinded by Benny", which is critical of the charismatic faith healer Benny Hinn.

In 2004, his life story and religious conversion were dramatized on the radio program "Unshackled!"."

November 5, 2006, Greg Locke became the founding pastor of [http://globalvisionbaptist.com/ Global Vision Baptist Church] in Nashville, TN. The church has a very diverse outreachFact|date=June 2008. The following is his biography from the church website:

Pastor Locke has travelled all over the world for over ten years in full-time evangelistic work. He has held revival crusades in forty-three states and a dozen foreign countries. He has been used of the Lord in a mighty way to see thousands of lives impacted with the Gospel of Jesus Christ. He is the recipient of the WHO'S WHO IN AMERICA Award for both 2005 and 2006. He was chosen for the WHO'S WHO IN THE WORLD for 2006 and was just inducted into the WHO'S WHO OF EMERGING LEADERS for 2007. This was a great honor as there are only 25,000 people in the world that have achieved this award, all of whom have to be under the age of forty.

He is the author of three books, the host of the weekly radio broadcast "The Windows Of Heaven," and he is the founder and host of the annual Fire For The Future Conference. He is the President of Greg Locke Ministries and is also the founding president of an Independent Baptist College in the country of Nigeria.

He has a Graduate Of Theology Degree from Ambassador Baptist College, a Masters Degree in Revival History from the Baptist Theological School of New England and is currently completing his earned Doctorate of Theology in Biblical Inspiration and PreservationFact|date=June 2008 . He and his wife Melissa have three boys, Hudson-Taylor, Evan Roberts and Malachi Gregory.
