Steelpac RCD is a software product in the Steelpac process developed for the management of rebar in the construction industry. SteelPac RCD is an AutoCAD application designed to be used by Contractors Consulting Engineers and Detailing firms. It is designed to extract all rebar details directly from drawings into the supply chain. Steelpac RCD currently runs exclusively on Microsoft desktop operating systems and the software uses standard Windows commands. The software also integrates with Microsoft Outlook to automatically send e-mails to the supplier. Bar Bending Schedules are produced automatically in printed or electronic format and can comply with many standards such as ACI 315, BS4466 or BS8666.and SABS 82.
