Perring Baronets

Perring Baronets

There have been two Baronetcies created for persons with the surname Perring, both in the Baronetage of the United Kingdom. One creation is extinct while one is still extant.

The Perring Baronetcy, of Membland in the County of Devon, was created in the Baronetage of the United Kingdom on 3 October 1808 for John Perring. The title became extinct on the death of the fourth Baronet in 1920.

The Perring Baronetcy, of Frensham Manor in the County of Surrey, was created in the Baronetage of the United Kingdom on 27 November 1963 for the businessman and public servant Ralph Perring. He was Lord Mayor of London from 1962 to 1963. As of 2007 the title is held by his eldest son, the second Baronet, who succeeded in 1998.
