May 20 1967 [ from her.] ) is a Canadianperformance artist and writer.Loughlin was born in
Hamilton, Ontario . She has studied at theOntario College of Art andSimon Fraser University , and has attended theNova Scotia College of Art and Design studio program in Tribeca, New York.
