D.O.M. (restaurant)

D.O.M. is a Brazilian restaurant in São Paulo run by Brazilian chef and former DJ Alex Atala. The restaurant is known for its use of native Brazilian ingredients, such as manioc tuber and its tucupi juice, and the pirarucu fish.[1] It has been called the best restaurant in South America by Restaurant magazine,[2] which ranked it 7th best restaurant in the world in 2011.
