- Gia Getsadze
Gia Getsadze ( _ka. გია გეწაძე) was born 1968 in
Samtredia (Georgia). 1995 he graduatedTbilisi State University . He was one of the founders of [http://www.gyla.ge/?id=44 Georgian Young Lawyers' Association] . From 1995 to 2000 he worked in various state agencies. During this period he participated in drafting of law onConstitutional court of Georgia. From 2001 to 2003 he was working as a senior legal advisor and then Chief of Party of IRIS Georgia (USAID Rule of Law Project). AfterRose Revolution 2003, he was appointed as a First Deputy Minister of Justice. 2003 - 2005 he had different political positions in Georgian Government. In 2004-2005 he was a Governor ofImereti region of Georgia. In 2005 he left State service and establishedlaw firm Getsadze & Pateishvili.Publications
