Sainte-Croix (also Sainte-Croix-de-Beaumont) is a commune in the
Dordogne department inAquitaine in southwesternFrance .It is an administrative centre with a
Mairie , ancient church and attached building that used to belong to theKnights Templar . According to the Sainte-Croix Community website, as of March 2007 the mayor of Sainte-Croix is M.Jean-Pierre Heyraud. The deputy mayor is Mme Annie Clavel and the 2nd assistant mayor is M. Jean-Guy Soulage.Sainte-Croix lies about 3km to the east of the D660 road that linksBeaumont-du-Périgord in the north andMonpazier in the south.ee also
