Ralph Kilner Brown

Sir Ralph Kilner Brown, OBE, TD, DL (August 28, 1909June 15, 2003). Born in Calcutta, he was commissioned into the Royal Army Service Corps in 1939, served on Field Marshal Montgomery's staff planning the Normandy landings and later became a High Court judge. He was a British 440 yards hurdles champion but missed the 1936 Summer Olympics, where his brother Godfrey and sister Audrey both won medals, due to injury.
