The Alister Clark Stakes is a Group 2 Australian thoroughbred horse race, for 3-year -old colts and geldings, over a distance of 1600m.

It is held annually at Moonee Valley Racecourse in Melbourne, Australia.

The race was first run in 1939.

1939 – 1977 was a Principal race
1979 onwards Group 2.
