.om is the Internet country code top-level domain (ccTLD) for Oman.

Currently, [http://www.omnic.om/omnic/index.htm OMnic] only allows third level domain registration. If .om were to ever allow unrestricted second level domain registration, many forms of cybersquatting would then be possible. For example, instead of yahoo.com, one could register "yahooc" under ".om" to create the typo yahooc.om. The only existing domain of this form is omnic.om
