Early years
Bailey has been singing since the age of three. He has traveled professionally since the age of ten. Over the years he has played with many prominent Southern Gospel groups including
The Crabb Family ,Karen Peck and New River , and theDixie Echoes . He has also performed withTommy Cash . At the age of 16, Bailey recorded his first album, a self-titled album released in the summer of 2002.Radio
Bailey has been a DJ since 2003. He is the co-host of "Sunday Mornin' Comin' Down" along with Benny Daniels. Daniels started the show in 1982, getting his inspiration for the title from the
Johnny Cash hit "Sunday Morning Coming Down". In 2003, he asked Bailey to join him as his co-host after the two spent seven years together traveling and singing. The two have co-hosted the show together since then.References
