PreEmptive Solutions is a software company that is focused on protecting and increasing the value of applications. History

PreEmptive was founded in 1996 and today has over 3,000 corporate clients in over 100 countries.

Product offerings

PreEmptive Solutions produces DashO, Dotfuscator and Runtime Intelligence Services. These tools help protect intellectual property, decrease vulnerability probing, detect and report tampering, and monitor application usage. In addition, a lite version of PreEmptive's Dotfuscator product ships by default inside Microsoft's Visual Studio [ [http://msdn2.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms227240.aspx Dotfuscator Community Edition 4.0 ] ] .
