Terry Hawkins, played by Watkins, has just been released from spending a year in state prison on drug charges. He decides he wants to get into filmmaking. He says he's made stag films in the past, but was never able to sell them.
People want something more, he says, and he decides to round up a group of people to make snuff films. The victims are lurred to an abandoned building, where they are murdered in elaborate ways for the films.
The methods of killing include by
decapitation and power drill to the head. Throughout the film, Hawkins is complimented on how realistic-looking his films are. In the end, a man narrating the film says the film crew is arrested and sentenced to time in prison.External links
