KRI Viper

KRI "Viper" is an Indonesian naval vessel of the PC-40 patrol boats and was commissioned on the 20 October 2006 by Indonesian National Defence Forces Commander Marshal Djoko Suyanto [http://www.acheh-eye.org/a-eye_news_files/a-eye_news_english/news_item.asp?NewsID=4463- Navy's Small Patrol Boats Effective Tools in Fighting Piracy: TNI Chief] .

There are a total of 4 boats in the PC-40 class, KRI Viper 820, KRI Piton 821, KRI Weling 822.

Armaments

'A' gun: 25-mm and 12.7-mm calibre machine guns made in Russia - also have a combat information room, a communication room and an ammunition store room.
