Elesha Gayman is the Iowa State Representative from the 84th District. She has served in the Iowa House of Representatives since 2007. She received her BA from the University of Iowa. When she was 13 she went to Davenport's city hall and argued against the youth curfew. She also serves as vice-chair of the Health and Human Services Appropriations Subcommittee. Her prior political experience includes serving as a delegate with the Democratic National Convention in 2004 and serving as a volunteer with the John Kerry for President Campaign in 2004.
