Charles Gregson

Charles Gregson

Charles Gregson (born June 7, 1947) is a British businessman.

A graduate of Trinity Hall, Cambridge University, he has an MA in Law and is a qualified solicitor.

He joined MAI plc in 1974 as group solicitor and became a director of that company in 1984. An executive director of United Business Media plc since 1996, Charles Gregson is also chief executive of PR Newswire. He is chairman of ICAP plc, deputy chairman of Provident Financial plc, a director of the Press Association and CNW Group.

He is a member of the board of trustees of The Public Catalogue Foundation.
