This is a list of members of the New South Wales Legislative Council, as elected at the 2003 and 2007 state elections. As members serve eight-year terms, half of the Council was elected in 2003 and did not face re-election in 2007, and the members elected in 2007 will not face re-election until 2015.
:1 ALP MLC Michael Costa resigned on September 22, 2008. A replacement is expected to be appointed to the casual vacancy in late October or early November.
