Tónlistarskólinn á Akureyri (The Music School of Akureyri) is a comprehensive music school located in Akureyri, Iceland. The school provides music teaching, both private and ensemble, on a wide variety of instruments. The staff is rather international, with 34 teachers from five countries. The headmaster is Helgi Þorbjörn Svavarsson. There are 441 students enrolled for the 2006-2007 academic year.
