Hoop City

Hoop City

Hoop City is a theme park based on the NCAA's major basketball tournaments.

Two "Hoop Cities" are held annually, one at the site of the NCAA Men's Final Four and the other at the site of the NCAA Women's Final Four.

Both events feature three-on-three tournaments, interactive challenges in basketball and other sports contested by NCAA member institutions, trivia contests, live concerts, and a traveling version of the NCAA Hall of Champions, with exhibits flown in from the headquarters city of Indianapolis, Indiana.

Hoop City also holds a session of the YES (Youth Education through Sports) clinics to instruct youth about the game of basketball. There are also other YES events staged at various venues throughout the weekend.

The regular ticket price is $7, but members of certain groups can get in for $5. In 2007, a family package of four tickets were available for $16.
