Nexia Holdings

Nexia Holdings is a microcap publicly traded holding company on the OTC Bulletin Board, with the stock symbol NXHL, in the United States. Nexia operates through several subsidiaries, including Style Perfect, Inc. which owns the retail and clothing label Black Chandelier. Nexia through its subsidiaries currently employs about 70 people in the state of Utah. Nexia's Chief Executive Officer, Richard Surber, is a licensed California Bar attorney. Mr. Surber obtained his Bachelor of Science in Finance and Juris Doctor from the University of Utah. The head designer and creator of the Black Chandelier label is Jared Gold
