Eschelon has grown into one of the leading telecommunications providers in the country, providing service in Minnesota, Colorado, California, Nevada, Washington, Oregon, Arizona, Utah and Montana.

In April 2000, it was unified under the single name of "Eschelon Telecom, Inc."
