Bcard

Bcard

A Bcard is a virtual business card, with the term deriving from an abbreviation of Business Card. Bcards began appearing on business related websites at the beginning of 2006, with wide-spread use becoming increasingly common during the later stages of 2006.

Bcards are normally created on business networking websites to suit the format of the site and can be search engine optimised. Bcards contain the usual details found on business cards, but also have the capacity to provide extended information on the company or person, including profiles, blogs, useful links and pictures.

Bcards also enable registered users to run a search of Bcards, assisting them in finding a specific company, product or service.

Bcards are seen as a natural progression from business cards and they can be found more and more in the web.

The advantage of having a Bcard is that you will have it available 24/7, in any part of the world, simply by searching for it on line! Friends and potential Customers will have all of the necessary details available on the Bcard and best of all, it's free.

Bcardnow is a simple and free way to save, retrive and print your Bcard when necesssary: simply scan your business card and upload it in the web.
