John Schlichter is a

He directed the original development of the Project Management Institute's OPM3 standard (an international standard for helping organizations to assess and develop project, program, and portfolio management), and in that role led a team of 800 people across 35 countries for nearly 5 years. He was contracted by PMI to develop and bring to market two professional certifications beyond the PMP for individuals who wish to become Certified OPM3 Assessors (PMI OPM3-CA) or Certified OPM3 Consultants (PMI OPM3-CC).
