Seminarievägen 24 is a Swedish student complex in
Växjö in southernSweden . It has a population of approximately 156 students. Seminarievägen is the main student housing facility in downtownVäxjö . In recent years a substantial increase of exchange students being offered housing in Seminarievägen has occurred. Approximately some 20% of the residents are Swedish, making it a very an international and multicultural population. The distance toVäxjö University is 4.5 km. Facilities
4 buildings each consisting of 3 floors with 13 rooms per floor. Private rooms have the size of approx. 20 square meters and come with en suite bathrooms, Internet (10 MBit/s) and TV access. Each floor also has a communal kitchen and living room. Building C provides a common laundry and sauna facility.
History
* Built in the 1960s it is one of the oldest student housing facilities in Växjö.
