The Cycle of Constitutions is the Roman teachings of the continuous rotations of governments.
The cycle begins and ends with chaos or disorder.
It begins with a monarchy, or one single leader to instruct everyone. This, as following suit with everything else in the system of natural law, although intended for good, will deteriorate into a corrupted version; abused and perverted. This is called a dictatorship. It is, again, a form of a single absolute ruler.
After this low point, the society will begin to rise again, this time it has learned from the dangers of a single ruler, and appoints multiple, though still powerful rulers. This is called a
