Paul Robinett, better known by his screen name renetto, is an American Internet personality and entrepreneur. Robinett's videos have attracted over 28 million views, and his YouTube channel has over 37,000 subscribers. He is known for usually filming with his in-built laptop webcam instead of with a traditional digital camcorder.

He used to be based in Columbus, Ohio. where he owned and ran a candle shop. In September 2007 he announced his move and challenged YouTubers to find him. Currently, he resides in Mesa, Arizona.

He could also be considered infamous for the ongoing feud with another well-known YouTube personality, whose screen name is " [http://www.youtube.com/user/GregSolomon GregSolomon] ". Highlights of the ongoing argument include a "card game," in which Solomon challenged Paul to prove that he had contact with the YouTube developers, among other such clashes of character. Their conflict was abruptly halted in late 2007, following Solomon's leave of absence from the video sharing site, Solomon has since returned to YouTube.

In a recent video promoting Seesmic Paul Robinett and Tom Guarriello were talking about the future of Seesmic and what youtube had done for them, whith the creators of Seesmic. Renetto slashed YouTube with comments such as "what youtube did, was interesting by now lets take it to another level." "Seesmic is next" "Seesmic is the newest, most innovative video..... site" [http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=h-YQ5WWFscQ&feature=user The video] spurred a few nasty comments such as "When will Mr. Robinett stop twisting truth when there is cash sitting in front of him?" or "renetto is so full of s***."

DMCA YouTube Drama

Early in 2008, Paul Robinett became embroiled in some of the drama on Youtube concerning the frequent DMCA filings on the site. Someone filed a DMCA complaint with the Youtube administrators against Renetto. One of his videos was taken down off of the site as a result of the complaint. The video in question was brought back for public viewing after Mr. Robinett filed a counter DMCA claim.

His long standing issues with Youtube seem to have prompted Mr. Robinett to work with others to create a video sharing website.

Recently, he along with others have created a website called [http://www.vloggerheads.com Vloggerheads.com] . The Vloggerheads site is still in the (alpha) stage of development. It has not been opened to the general public. The site is open by invitation only at this time.
