Winterborne Monkton

Winterborne Monkton is a hamlet and civil parish in the south-west of the English county of Dorset.

It is just off the A354 road, three miles south of Dorchester. The village has a population of 84 (2001), and consists of a few houses and a church. The great hill fort of Maiden Castle stands within the parish.
