National Retail Federation (Shop.org) andLoyola University 's Graduate School of Business. Molander is regularly published in a variety of news, advertising, financial services and marketing journals includingBusiness 2.0 ,Inc. Magazine ,Forbes Small Business ,MarketingSherpa ,Internet Retailer Magazine ,Seeking Alpha ,Catalog Success Magazine ,DM News andTarget Marketing Magazine .Through his work as a founding Board member of the

Molander served as Internet Program Director for the American Marketing Association/Chicago and is an active member of the National Retail Federation's Shop.org, the Direct Marketing Association and the Chicago Interactive Marketing Association.
