Peter Zora (born November 13, 1982 in Detroit, Michigan), also known by his stage name Petey Franchise, is an American record producer, songwriter, composer, rapper, and singer. Quickly rising to prominence through the ranks of the music industry as an up and coming producer and songwriter, he has contributed to multi-platinum selling albums such as “Just Fine” on Chris Brown’s self titled Grammy nominated debut album and an unreleased Chris Brown track entitled "It Was Me", often mistakenly titled "That Somebody Was Me" on websites such as YouTube. Most recently, his work has been featured on R&B singer Noel Gourdin's debut studio album, "After My Time", on the highly reviewed song "Better Man", released through Epic Records on July 22, 2008. Peter is currently working in the studio with singer Jeremy Greene compiling songs for a debut album. He is responsible for co-producing and co-writing a potential single for the MySpace Records/Interscope Records recording artist entitled "The One". The song has seen over 2 million plays on MySpace and was leaked online in early 2008 leading to thousands of illegal downloads. To date, the only official recordings of the song include a full length version featuring Jeremy Greene and a remix which also features popular recording artist Frankie J.
