Ronald James Romanick (born November 6, 1960 in Burley, Idaho) was a Major-League right-handed pitcher for the California Angels from 1984-1986.

He worked as a minor-league pitching coordinator for the Oakland Athletics from 1999-2007. On October 17, 2007, the A's announced that he would be promoted to the parent club, as their bullpen coach, replacing Brad Fischer, who was fired on October 6. Prior to his service with the A's, Romanick worked as a pitching coordinator with the Seattle Mariners.
