Ladywell Leisure Centre

Ladywell Leisure Centre is a leisure centre located in Lewisham, London. The leisure centre is owned by London Borough of Lewisham on behalf of Parkwood Leisure. Even though it's called Ladywell Leisure Centre it's more commanly known to be in Lewisham as it's on part of Lewisham's High Street. There is also a Ladywell Arena which is an outdoor leisure facility next to University Hospital Lewisham.

The Future

Following a £1.8 million refurbishment in June 2004, Ladywell Leisure Centre offers state-of-the-art facilities. Following the consultation period Ladywell Leisure Centre will now be open until October 2007. Lewisham Borough Council is continuously reviewing the long term future of the centre with a view to upgrade the leisure facilities within the borough where people are welcome to submit any ides or suggestions they may have to this website [http://www.lewisham.gov.uk/ www.lewisham.gov.uk] . The pools

Main pool

The main pool offers a wide range of activities including casual swimming, lane swimming, women only sessions, Aquazone swimming lessons, Aquafit classes and flume sessions.

Teaching pool

The teaching pool is a very popular facility. It is used to help provide a full range of Aquazone learn to swim lessons, Aquafit classes (over 50's and GP Aqua). Also, it is an ideal area for parent & baby sessions. And is also available for private hire.

Expressions fitness studio

The fitness studio at Ladywell is fitted with state-of-the-art equipment. In addition, it is staffed with experienced fitness professionals who provide personalised programmes to ensure that you achieve your goals.

Expressions free weights gym

This is a brand new free weights gym. The gym is fully supervised with qualified staff who are always available to assist you with your training needs.

Expressions solarium

The Ladywell Leisure Centre is fitted with 'state-of-the-art' sunbeds for the Solarium.

Expressions aerobics studio

The aerobics studio is fitted with a built-in music system, air conditioning and extensive mirrors. From Body Pump to Combat Fitness to Yoga classes.

Other

Training Village

Ladywell Leisure Centre's Training Village is the perfect central location to host any conference, meeting or training session.

Crèche

The crèche is for 6 months to 5 year olds leaving you to work out in comfort.

Café bar

The Palms Bar is a perfect venue for birthdays, weddings and christenings. The Palms Bar opens up onto a large balcony and garden area.
