Harley-Davidson Motor Company . Before assuming his position, Mr. Ziemer had previously served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Company from December 1990 to April 2005 and President of The Harley-Davidson Foundation, Inc. until March 6, 2006.He was elected to
