Evesham Arts Centre

Evesham Arts Centre (sometimes 'Arts Centre Evesham') serves the English Midlands town of Evesham. Built in 1979 adjacent to Prince Henry's High School, the centre provides a venue for both professional and amateur performance. Events hosted range from drama to stand-up comedy, brass bands to orchestras and pantomime to ballet.

Unusually for an arts centre in a town of its size, Evesham Arts Centre boasts a raked 300-seat auditorium complete with dressing rooms, full technical facilities and the ability to screen films. An additional 60-seat studio space provides for smaller productions. The centre's foyer is used as exhibition space by local artists.

The centre is managed by the Evesham Arts Association (a UK registered charity, number [http://www.charity-commission.gov.uk/registeredcharities/showcharity.asp?remchar=&chyno=505575 505575] ) and operated by volunteer staff.
