Jintropin is approved for use in China. Sylvester Stallone

Sylvester Stallone was found guilty of importing 48 vials of Jintropin into Australia on a 2007 trip to promote the film "Rocky Balboa". He was fined $2,975 and ordered to pay $10,000 in prosecution fees.cite news

GeneScience indicted

In September 2007, a U.S. federal grand jury indicted GeneScience and its CEO, Lei Jin, on charges of smuggling.
