It is 2018. Urban decay is rife. Crime, drugs and poverty have reached epidemic levels.
The streets are bloody with violent gang warfare and are ruled by the city crime lord, [http://www.bethemoviestar.com/main.php?l=role&id=3 Eshu] , who traffics the deadly narcotic, Rapture, to the desperate and depraved.
In the cold fall, a cruel mutilation and murder of a pregnant woman sends ripples through the bleak city. A blind young woman is found at the scene of the crime.
